This project in downtown Tucson involved a tenant improvement of an existing 4,310 sq. ft. dark shell space at the recently renovated historic Pima County Old Courthouse Building. The proposed office space is used as a temporary space for the Pima County Administrator offices.
We provided site investigation, construction documents in Revit, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration services.
