This project involved the refresh of two (2) existing patient units in Tower 4 at Banner University Medical Center. Each patient unit is approximately 10,350 sq. ft. Area of work includes upgrading patients’ rooms, nurse station, and staff support rooms.
We provided full MEP Services for the Construction Documents phase.
