The firm provided the MEP system designs for this chilled water system upgraded project at the Tech Park. Zona provided construction documents that detailed the installation of chilled water plate and frame heat exchangers to isolate the building chilled water system completely from the site chilled water system. This project includes construction administration services that involved weekly site meetings with the construction team. The project was closely coordinated with our in-house MEP engineers, the structural engineer, the architect, and the owner’s and tenant’s facilities maintenance teams.
